7、·····························70中文摘要补肾法、疏肝法对体外培养小鼠卵泡PR调节卵泡破裂路径的影响摘要目的:针对排卵障碍为女性不孕症的主要原因这一问题,本课题组在前期研究证实补肾法、疏肝法均可调节卵巢功能、促进卵泡发育、诱发排卵的基础上,研究补肾法、疏肝法诱发排卵与孕激素受体(progestronereceptor,PR)调节卵泡破裂路径的关系,以期揭示补肾法、疏肝法诱发排卵的作用及其机制,丰富中医生殖理论。方法:1.大鼠含药血清制备取40只6周龄健康雌性SD大鼠,制备得补肾调经Ⅱ号方高剂量、补肾调经Ⅲ号方高剂
8、量、逍遥丸高剂量、逍遥丸低剂量含药血清和正常大鼠血清。2.窦前卵泡的体外培养选用出生D10的昆明乳鼠,随机分为4组:空白组、正常组、补肾组、疏肝组。采用机械法分离窦前卵泡。三气培
