2、担着相应的职责与义务。本文使用博弈论工具分析我国当前国家助学贷款中出现的信息的不对称性、政府的强制性、全国性征信系统的缺失性等问题。进而介绍国家助学贷款流程以及各方利益降低等情况，针对政府、银行、高校和学生在国家助学贷款中四方经济体的行为进行博弈分析.建立起学校与学生之间、银行与学生之间、银行与高校之间以及银行、高校、学生三者间的博弈模型。然后对种模型进行细致分析，提出了建立国家助学贷款担保机制的必要条件是：必须完善个人征信系统，加强贷款过程监督，加大助学资金投入力度，优化社会信用环境，探索助学贷款新模式。此外，高校在国
3、家助学贷款的过程中起到联系银行和学生的纽带作用，占据着相当重要的地位，并且拥有详尽的信息资源和广泛的毕业生信息来源。各高校要积极参与到贫困生国家助学贷款的管理中来，通过银行、高校、学生三方的相互制约及管理，达到防范及控制、减小损失及降低风险的目的。进而保障广大贫困生能够顺利获得贷款并完成学业，使国家助学贷款政策的执行进入良性发展的轨道。关键字：国家助学贷款；担保机制；博弈树；42AbstractNationalstudentloanistosolvetheproblemsofimpoverishedcollegestud
