1、改良超滤在重症心脏瓣膜病患者瓣膜置换术中的疗效分析任安立焦作市人民医院河南焦作454002【摘要】目的:观察和探讨分析改良超滤用于重症心脏瓣膜病患者瓣膜置换术的临床效果及应用价值。方法:选择我院2012年8月到2014年8月收治的76例重症心脏瓣膜病患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各38例。其中对照组给予常规超滤治疗,而治疗组给予改良超滤治疗,对比两组患者超滤后心功能指标以及超滤后指标变化情况,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组患者超滤后红细胞比容(HCT)水平明显高于对照组,治疗组的呼吸机辅助时间、术后24h尿量以及库血使用
2、量明显少于对照组,两组患者心功能指标较治疗前均有显著改善,治疗组治疗后心功能指标明显优于对照组,P均<0.05显著差异具有统计意义。结论:通过对重症心脏瓣膜病患者瓣膜置换术患者进行改良超滤治疗,具有较高的临床应用价值,能够有效提高HCT水平,浓缩血液,减少术后山血及库血使用量,值得临床推广运用。【关键词】改良超滤;重症心脏瓣膜病;瓣膜置换术;心功能【中图分类号】R654【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1674-8999(2015)8-0147-02TheCurativeEffectAnalysisoftheModifi
