4、检在胶质瘤研究中的概况摘要目的:简述液体活检技术及在胶质瘤研究中的概况,以便进一步指导胶质瘤的诊断、治疗和预后评估。内容:液体活检是近几年新兴起来的癌症检测方法,其快速、简便、创伤性小、可重复性好,发展势头旺盛。胶质瘤是最常见的颅内原发恶性脑瘤,恶性程度极高。即使应用目前指南规定的标准化治疗,患者仍然面临肿瘤复发甚至死亡。查阅近几年国内外的期刊杂志及治疗指南,归纳了液体活检的几种技术及其在胶质瘤诊断、治疗、预后及复发监测中的应用概况及新方向,包括循环肿瘤细胞、循环肿瘤DNA及外泌体的来源、生物学特性及在胶质瘤
5、研究中的应用等。方法及结果:通过万方数据知识服务平台、中国知网、Pubmed等网络资源查找近几年国内外的期刊杂志及治疗指南,仔细研读、翻译。结论:液体活检在胶质瘤中巨大的临床应用前景不容忽视,必将成为肿瘤领域精准医学的重要组成部分,我们要继续寻找更好的富集与检测技术。关键词:液体活检,胶质瘤,循环肿瘤细胞,循环肿瘤DNA,外泌体、1英文摘要ThegeneralsituationofliquidbiopsyinthestudyofgliomaABSTRACTObjective:Introductionofthe
