5、lishTeachersinHistoricalContext  摘　要：本文着重从历史的角度分析了在不同情境下教师角色的转换。讨论了在传统英语教学和现代英语教学及未来网络教学的背景下，教师应如何管理课堂。研究了教师必须在各种活动中扮演不同的角色以达到教学的目标，即提高学生运用英语进行交际的能力。提出了在新的历史角色的要求下，与传统的教学相比，现代的教学更具实践性。及教师必须改变观念，转变角色以适应不断变化的形势。作者认为，计算机网络技术在一定程度上改变了计算机辅助英语教学，教师应当重视网络教学过程的每个环节，帮助自己有效地教学，使学生有效的学习。关键词：教师的角色，交流，学习者为中心的教学
