1、姪龙活血通瘀胶囊治疗后循环缺血性眩晕疗效观察李凌华，杨思进(通讯作者)(四川医科大学，四川泸州，646000)［摘要］目的：观察蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：将90例后循环缺血性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各45例，对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、中医症状积分、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、椎基底平均血流速度(Vm)的变化情况。结果：观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05))，说明蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊结合丙药治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效优于单纯丙药治疗

2、；中医症状积分两组均有改善，但观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)；两组治疗后hs-CRP均下降，与木组治疗前相比，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，组间比较，治疗组的改善更为明显，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)说明蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊能降低患者的hs-CRP水平，对于预防动脉粥样硬化爲有重要意义；两组治疗后椎基底动脉血流速度均有改善，但观察组椎动脉及基底动脉较对照组改善明显(P<0.05),说明蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊在改善脑部供血方面具有较好的疗效。结论：蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊治疗后循环缺血性眩晕在改善患者症状、预防动脉粥样硬化、改善脑血流状况
