1、探讨子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症的护理干预对临床治疗的效果观察佳木斯妇幼保健院154002摘要：目的：研究分析护理干预对临床治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症的效果观察。方法：此次研宂的对象是选取子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症患者130例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为观察组及对照组各65例，两组均行护理干预，将选取的两组病例先行腹腔镜手术治疗，观察组于术后第一次月经第1天服用屮药益肾活血汤(主要药物：鬼针草、徐长卿、刘寄奴、炒芡实、赤芍等)。每曰1剂，2次分服，1个月为1疗程。对照组只用腹腔镜手术治疗，未用屮药。结果：观察组与对照组治疗6个月复发率分别为9.23%和15.38%,妊娠率
2、分别为63.64%和46.88%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)；两组治疗6〜24个月累积复发率分别为26.16%和44.61%,累积妊娠率分别为93.94%和62.51%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)o结论：护理干预对临床治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症可取得显著的治疗效果，具有临床推广价值。关键词：子宫内膜异位症/不孕症；临床治疗；护理干预Abstract：Objective：Tostudytheeffectofnursinginterventiononclinicaltreatmentofendometriosiscombinedwithinferti
