1、酿酒酵母ARS304及其侧翼序列重组质粒构建及鉴定摘要:采用PCR扩增酿酒酵母(Saccharomycescerevisiae)III号染色体ARS304序歹1J(S1)及以ARS304为核心上下游延伸1kb的侧翼序列(S2),并将目的片段分别构建到酵母整合载体PRS405中,获得重组质粒pRSl和pRS2。质粒电转化试验发现重组质粒pRS2的转化率大于pRSl,说明ARS304侧翼序列能显著提高ARS304在酿酒酵母中自主复制的能力。关键词:酿酒酵母(Saccharomycescerevisiae);自主
