1、［主商要］随着知识经济的来临、企业生存环境的恶化及竞争压力的加剧，企业的竞争逐渐表现为人力资源的竞争。企业要想增强核心竞争力，必须加强员工的培训，不断提高员工的综合素质，使其知识技能水平与市场发展最新动态保持同步。员工培训与开发己逐渐在人力资源管理中成为一个不可或缺的环节。本文叙述了企业培训与开发的类型、方法、需求分析及应坚持的原则,还冇培训与开发的实施。本论文以中国人民财产保险股份公司为研究对象，对人力资源部员工培训与开发工作开展初期所遇到的问题以案例的形式进行描述和分析，揭示出该公司员工培训与开发工作现状分析，提出了关于员工培训与开发现状的对策与建议，还有培训与开发中的常见问题及解决方
