1、浅谈口腔门诊工作中的人性化护理（陕丙省榆林市第一医院陕丙榆林718000）【摘要】目的：探究人性化护理在口腔门诊工作中的应用。方法：选取我院U腔门诊2013年1月-2014年1月收治的98例口腔疾病患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，两组患者均根据临床症状表现，确诊后给予对症治疗，实验组患者给予人性化护理，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：两组患者经过治疗后，临床症状均得到了有控制，实验组患者的改善程度明显优于对照组（P<0.01），兵有统计学意义；实验组患者的临床总有效率48例，占97.9
2、6%,对照组患者临床总有效率45例，占91.84%,实验组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.01）,具有统计学意义：对两组患者进行满意度调查，实验组患者的满意度为95.92%，对照组患者的满意度为85.71%,实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.01）,具有统计学意义。结论：在口腔门诊中采用人性化护理可有效提高患者的治疗效率，给患者提供一个舒适安静的治疗环境，缩短患者的治疗时间，提高口腔门诊的满意度，值得在临床上推广使用。【关键词】口腔门诊；人性化护理；治疗效率；满意度【中图分类号】R47【文献标识
