1、浅谈口腔门诊工作中的人性化护理(陕丙省榆林市第一医院陕丙榆林718000)【摘要】目的:探究人性化护理在口腔门诊工作中的应用。方法:选取我院U腔门诊2013年1月-2014年1月收治的98例口腔疾病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患者均根据临床症状表现,确诊后给予对症治疗,实验组患者给予人性化护理,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:两组患者经过治疗后,临床症状均得到了有控制,实验组患者的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01),兵有统计学意义;实验组患者的临床总有效率48例,占97.9
2、6%,对照组患者临床总有效率45例,占91.84%,实验组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),具有统计学意义:对两组患者进行满意度调查,实验组患者的满意度为95.92%,对照组患者的满意度为85.71%,实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论:在口腔门诊中采用人性化护理可有效提高患者的治疗效率,给患者提供一个舒适安静的治疗环境,缩短患者的治疗时间,提高口腔门诊的满意度,值得在临床上推广使用。【关键词】口腔门诊;人性化护理;治疗效率;满意度【中图分类号】R47【文献标识
