1、学士学位论文功能对等理论下的汉语习语英译姓名:英语专业:指导教师姓名:指导教师职称:2015年5月摘要语言是文化的载体，习语是语言的精华。汉语习语以其数量之丰，蕴含之富,作用之大，在汉语中占有重要地位。随着国内外交流日益频繁，汉语习语的英译也越来越重要。但因其独特的性质，汉语习语的英译一直是比较棘手的问题。本文结合奈达的功能对等理论和汉语习语的特点，探究了在功能对等理论指导下汉语＞J语的英译。尤金奈达的功能对等理论自问世以来，在国内外翻译界都产生了深远影响。尤金奈达的功能对等理论追求在两种语言间达成功能上的对等，即在词汇、句法、篇章、文体方面的对应。而习语的翻译本身就是在接受

2、语中寻找和原习语信息尽可能贴近、自然的对等话语，首先是意义上的对等，其次才是风格上的对等。本文首先对奈达的功能对等理论进行了认真的探索，接着对汉语习语进行了简单的介绍。之后根据其理论的四个主要方面，进一步探讨该理论在汉语习语英译中的具体应用。本文旨在通过对该理论分析的基础上，将其应用到汉语习语的英译屮去。作者认为译者要想达到功能对等，应根据具体情况采用适当方法才能实现。关键词：汉语习语功能对等翻译策略AbstractLanguageisthecarrierofculture,andidiomsarerecognizedastheessenceoflanguage.Chines
