1、3.0T磁共振SWI对颅内海绵状血管瘤合并静脉血管瘤的诊断价值曹代荣,熊美连,邢振,刘颖,王树【摘要】目的探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)对颅内海绵状血管瘤(CA)合并静脉血管瘤(VA)的诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析17例颅内CA合并VA患者的SWI表现,并与常规MRI(共15例)及DWI(共13例)进行对照。结果15例患者中,SWI检出CA病灶数33个,VA的引流静脉20条,常规MRI检出CA20个,引流静脉10条;13例同时行DWI扫描的患者,SWI检出CA29个,引流静脉16条,常规MRI检出CA18个,引流静脉8条,DWI检出CA22个,引流

7、rnousangioma,CA),并得到普遍的接受。脑静脉血管瘤(cerebralvenousangioma,CVA)又称脑静脉畸形(cerebralvenousmalformations,CVM),也称脑发育性静脉异常(developmentalvenousanomalies,DVA),它是由放射状排列的异常髓静脉汇入中央扩张的静脉干所组成,当合并海绵状血管瘤时,出血的风险性明显增加。海绵状血管瘤合并静脉血管瘤是一种隐匿性血管畸形,临床无明显症状或症状缺乏特异性,诊断较为困难。随着磁共振技术的发展,对CA和VA的诊断有了一定的提高,但常规磁共振成
