1、CTA对脑动静脉畸形的诊断价值南华大学附属郴州市第一人民医院湖南郴州423000【摘要】目的：CTA对脑动静脉畸形的诊断价值。方法：使用美国GE16螺旋CT机对我院2009年1月-2013年12月AVM患者30例进行CT血管成像检测，对患者畸形血管团及其供血动脉和引流静脉的情况进行统计分析结果。结果：通过CTA检查发现30例AVM,其中幕上26例，幕下4例；枕叶7例，颞叶8例，顶叶5例，额叶1例，小脑半球4例，海马区2例，基底节区、丘脑及侧脑室体部1例，大脑半球3例；通过CTA检测单支供血动脉20例，多支供血动脉10例；其中单支大脑中动脉供血12例，单支大脑后动脉供血6例，单支基底动脉1例

2、，单支小脑下前动脉供血1例；24例引流静脉属于浅型，其中20例幕上引流静脉经表浅皮层静脉再汇入矢状窦，4例位于幕下的引流静脉则直接汇入横窦，6例引流静脉属于深型，经深静脉汇入直窦。结论：16层螺旋CT血管成像技术能够无创显示出患者畸形血管团及其供血动脉和引流静脉，为制定治疗方案提供了很好的依据。【关键词】脑动静畸形；螺旋CT血管造影术；数字减影血管造影；ThediagnosticvalueofCTAforcerebralarteriovenousmalformationsZhouhaijun,Luoshuangfei，Lican，Wuqi(Thefirstpeople’shospitalo
