2、shaseffectas“clearingawayheatandpromotingurinateandnegativepurge”.Andthisspeciesisusedtotreatedema,abdominaldistension,hernia,scrofula,ulcers,constipation,andsooninfolk.R.utilisiswidelydistributedinourcountry.Ithashigheconomicvalue.Inthisstudy,antioxidantactivityandantimicrobialactivityofleave
3、sofR.utiliswerestudied;theactivecompositionoftheleavesofR.utilisisanalyzed;ExtractionofflavonoidsfromtheleavesofR.utiliswasoptimizedinordertomaximizetheextractionyieldofflavonoids.Thisstudyprovidestheoreticalbasisforthisspeciesinthedevelopmentofnewdrugsandhealthcareproducts.Theresultsofthestud
4、yareasfollows:(1)TheleavesofR.utiliswereextractedby90%ethanolanddistilledwater,respectively.WithPrussianbluemethodandFentonmethod,theantioxidantactivitiyofextractionwastestedbyvariousantioxidantassays,suchasreducingpowerandhydroxylradicalscavengingactivity.Theresultsshowedthatextractsfromthele
5、avesofR.utilisexhibitedantioxidantactivities.Thereducingpowerandhydroxylradicalscavengingactivity,ofethanolextractionwerebetterthanthatofdistilledwaterextraction.(2)FilterpaperdiffusionmethodwasusedtotesttheinhibitoryofthethewaterextractandthealcoholextractoftheleavesofRhamnusutilisforstaphylo
6、coccusaureus,escherichiacoliandbacillussubtilis.TheresultshowedthedistilledwaterextractionoftheleavesofR.utilishasobviousantimicrobialactionsonS.aureus.TheethanolextractionoftheleavesofR.utilishasantimicrobialactionsonS.aureus,E.coliandB.subtilis.III万方数据(3)ThemixturewasextractedfromleavesofR.u
