1、关节镜下腓骨长肌腱重建前交叉軔带的临床研宄［摘要］目的初步探讨关节镜辅助下自体腓骨长肌腱重建膝关节前交叉韧带的临床疗效。方法选取2013年4月〜2015年9月于我科收治的膝关节前交叉軔带损伤患者25例，均在关节镜辅助下取自体腓骨长肌腱重建前交叉韧带，术后评价根据膝关节临床检查、Lysholm膝关节功能评分及AOFAS騍关节功能评分。结果所有病例均获得随访，随访时间10〜22个月，平均14.7个月，抽屉实验及Lachman试验阴性，无膝关节不稳症状，术后6月根据Lysholm膝关节功能评分评估，优13例，良10例，可2例，优良率92.0%，术后Lysholm膝关节功

7、率更高［1］。前交叉韧带损伤常导致膝关节不稳，影响膝关节功能，加速关节炎的进展［2，3］。因此，对前交叉軔带损伤的患者，关节镜下重建前交叉韧带是临床公认的治疗方法。但目前临床上对重建材料的选择存在争议。2013年4月〜2015年9月，我科收治前交叉初带损伤患者25例，关节镜辅助下取自体腓骨长肌腱重建膝关节前交叉韧带，临床效果满意，现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选取2013年4月〜2015年9月于我科收治的膝关节前交叉軔带损伤患者25例，其中男13例，女12例；年龄21〜50岁，平均31.3岁；左侧12例，右侧13例；受伤机制：运动伤10例，车祸伤9例，摔伤
