1、关节镜下双股半腱肌腱重建膝前交叉韧带作者：张轶超，章亚东，侯树勋，罗殿中【摘要】［目的］观察膝前交叉韧带损伤后采用关节镜下双股半腱肌腱重建的远期疗效，对其症状、体征及功能评分的情况进行分析。［方法］回顾分析了1990年～1998年间本科收治并且目前能随访到的31例膝前交叉韧带损伤后采用关节镜下双股半腱肌腱重建的患者，随访时间98～168个月，平均127.36个月。其中单纯ACL损伤的11例，伴有内侧半月板损伤的15例，伴有外侧半月板损伤的8例，伴有内侧副韧带损伤的6例，伴外侧副韧带损伤的2例，内侧副韧带损伤的6例均伴有内侧半月板的损伤。对其术前和近期的症状、体征及Lysho

2、lm膝关节评分和IKDC评分的情况进行分析。［结果］术后31例术前弹响、交锁和打软腿的症状均消失，浮髌试验均为阴性，均无过屈、过伸痛。关节轻度疼痛11例，Lachman征阳性3例，前抽屉试验阳性8例，但均无关节不稳的主诉。无取腱造成的其它并发症。Lysholm膝关节评分平均为：术前49.62±8.22，随访76.60±7.68（P<0.05）；IKDC评分结果明显优于术前。［结论］采用双股半腱肌腱重建前交叉韧带的手术方式是可行的，长期观察疗效是肯定的。但随着时间的延长，移植肌腱的强度也会有所下降。作者提出了移植材料的选择及手术方案改进的问题，需进一步探讨。【关键词】膝
