1、单双侧经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗胸腰段椎体骨折的对比分周立平孙煜张正国苏州大学附属第三医院常州市第一人民医院骨科江苏常州213003【摘要】目的对比分析单双侧经皮椎体后凸成形术(PercutaneousKyphoplasty,PKP)治疗胸腰錐压缩性骨折的疗效方法回顾性分析2010年1月一2014年1月我科收治的PKP治疗胸腰锥压缩性骨折患者50例，随机分为单侧组和双侧组(各25例).比较两组间手术时间、透视次数及骨水泥注入量，同时分析治疗前、治疗后、治疗后1、6、12月的视觉疼痛模拟评分、伤椎后凸畸形角(Co

2、bb’s角)及Oswestry功能障碍指数变化结果两组患者均获得临床完整随访且无感染、神经症状及肺栓塞等并发症发生.单侧组手术时间为28.3±3.5min,较对照组33.6±4.1min明显降低(P=0.036).同时单侧组在透视次数及骨水泥注入量方面均较双侧组明显减少(P=0.002,0.012).两组患者在经过治疗后VAS评分、Cobb’s角、0DI评分均有明显改善(P=0.017,0.031,0.017),但两组间不同时间段间的差异不明显(P〉0.0
