1、地佐辛联合丙泊酚静脉麻醉用于结肠镜检查术的临床观察杨静夏氢谢柯褀(绵阳市中心医院麻醉科四川绵阳621000)【摘要】目的评价地佐辛复合丙泊酚用于结肠镜检查的效果。方法ASA分级I或II级的患者90例,随机分为3组,每组30例:芬太尼组(F组)、地佐辛组(D组)、生理盐水组(N组)。采用双盲法给药。静脉注射芬太尼(10μg/ml)或地佐辛(1mg/ml)或生理盐水0.1ml/kg,5min后三组缓慢静脉注射丙泊酚,观察患者睫毛反射消失后停止注射,行结肠镜检查术。术中根据患者情况追加少量丙泊酚,保留自
2、主呼吸,面罩吸氧。观察3组患者麻醉前(TO)、入睡时(T1)、术毕时(T2)的MAP、HR、RR、SP02。记录丙泊酚总用量、手术时间、苏醒时间、苏醒时的肠道痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),观察不良反应。结果T1时点各组MAP、HR匀均显著低于TO时点(P<0.05),而组间差异无统计学意义;F组的RR在T1时点明显低于D组和N组(P<0.05);与N组相比,D、F两组丙泊酚总用量减少、苏醒时间缩短,头昏及术中体动发生率、VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05);呼吸暂停的发生率D组最低(P<
