1、orem自理模式在脊髓损伤康复期患者随访中的应用胡碧三邓进君岳晓坪(重庆医科大学附属第二医院重庆400010)【摘要】目的:探讨orem自理模式在脊髓损伤康复期患者随访中的应用。方法:采用回顾性分析法,选取我科2013年6月〜2015年5月收治的60例脊髓损伤患者的临床资料,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例患者。给予对照组患者常规出院指导,给予观察组以orem自理模式为指导,为患者制定个性化出院后康复训练计划,并通过电话随访,家庭访视,定期门诊复诊,创建QQ群等形式进行为期半年随访护理,观察两组患者FIM评分、并发症及护理满意度情况。结果:经过一段时间的护理,观察组患者FIM
2、评分明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义:两组患者并发症率、护理满意度之间比较有明显的差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:orem自理模式应用于脊髓损伤康复期患者随访中具有较好的效果,能有效提高患者功能独立水平,减少并发症,促进患者康复,提高生存质量。【关键词】orem自理模式;脊髓损伤;康复期;随访干预【中图分类号】R681.5【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2016)09-0052-03Oremself-modeapplicationinspinalcordinjurypatientsinthefollow-uprehabilitatio
