1、orem自理模式在脊髓损伤康复期患者随访中的应用胡碧三邓进君岳晓坪(重庆医科大学附属第二医院重庆400010)【摘要】目的：探讨orem自理模式在脊髓损伤康复期患者随访中的应用。方法：采用回顾性分析法，选取我科2013年6月〜2015年5月收治的60例脊髓损伤患者的临床资料，随机将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组30例患者。给予对照组患者常规出院指导，给予观察组以orem自理模式为指导,为患者制定个性化出院后康复训练计划，并通过电话随访，家庭访视,定期门诊复诊，创建QQ群等形式进行为期半年随访护理，观察两组患者FIM评分、并发症及护理满意度情况。结果：经过一段时间的护理，观察组患者FIM
