1、探讨锁定钢板治疗青少年胫骨远端三平面骨折的临床疗效杨通宝河南省郑州市骨科医院微创骨科住院医师450052【摘要】目的探讨使用锁定钢板对青少年胫骨远端三平面骨折进行治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年12月-2014年12月收治的90例青少年胫骨远端三平面骨折患者作为观察对象，将其随机分成观察组46例，对照组44例。对观察组患者实施锁定钢板内固定法治疗，对对照组患者实施传统切开复位内固定法治疗。出院后对患者随访1年，对比两组患考愈合时间、并发症率、治愈率。结果观察组患者愈合时间平均(3.7&plu
2、smn;0.5)个月，对照组患者愈合时间平均(5.3±1.2)个月，具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。对照组患者术后出现1例切门感染，并发症率为2.17%(1/46);观察组患者未见并发症，并发症率为0.00%，具有统计学差异(P>0.05)o随访结果显示，所有患者内固定治疗后均未见松动、断裂现象，关节未见卡压，骨折愈合较好，且未见关节短缩、退变等。观察组患者治愈率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)o结论使用锁定钢板对青少年胫骨远端三平面骨折进行治疗，其疗效显著，创伤性相
