3、onan,HA)对体外培养的人结肠癌SW480细胞增殖、粘附和侵袭能力的影响。材料与方法:体外培养的SW480细胞被随机分为3组:对照组(无血清培养基培养)、HA。(HA为l0ttg/m1)和HAz(HA为20ttg/m1)组,经培养不同时间后,以MTY实验和软琼脂细胞集落形成实验(softagarcloneformationassay)比较SW480细胞增殖能力,用平板粘附模型和Boydenchamber小室模型比较SW480细胞粘附和侵袭能力。结果:HA。和}LA组与对照组相比,细胞增殖数量、软琼脂细胞集落、粘附于
