3、学院,陕西西安710032)[摘 要] 目的:观察重组人生长激素对体外成骨细胞直接、期的影响。方法:将不同浓度的重组人生长激素(recombinanthumangrowthhormone,RHGH)加入大鼠成骨细胞培养体系,观察不同作用时间点对大鼠成骨细胞的增殖、性磷酸酶活性及细胞周期的影响。结果:RHGH对成骨细胞增殖、碱性磷酸酶活性均有影响,它可促进成骨细胞增殖,提高其碱性磷酸酶活性,且可促使细胞周期中S期、G2/M期细胞百分比增加,其作用强度随浓度增加有增强趋势。结论:RHGH对成骨细胞
