1、安徽医科大学硕士学位论文合肥市某医院2004-2009年医疗质量综合评价中文摘要目的通过对合肥市某二级甲等医院2004-2009年医疗质量各项指标进行综合评价分析，以期发现医疗质量整体变化趋势，探讨影响医疗质量的因素，尤其是2005年开展“医院管理年”活动以来，对该医院医疗质量产生的影响，为医院管理提供决策依据。方法以合肥市某二级甲等综合性医院2004-2009年医疗质量作为研究对象，采用文献资料分析优选法选取医疗统计报表中代表性强、敏感性高的指标建立医疗质量综合评价指标体系。应用秩和比法（RSR法

2、）对指标进行标准化，用“危重病例率”（CD率）对RSR值进行校正，得出各年度综合评价指数（RSR值），结合图表对医疗质量变化进行分析，并对评价结果进行分档，确定医疗质量的优劣。结果从总体上看该院的医疗质量呈逐年上升趋势。住院病人数大幅增加，平均住院日缩短，“入、出院诊断符合率”连续6年保持在99%以上，“3日确诊率”指标从2005年起快速增长，“临床与病理诊断符合率”也呈现出连续增长趋势。“治愈好转率”2008年出现了轻微下降，其它治疗质量指标、工作效率指标和管理质量指标均稳步提高。根据RSR值排序与

3、分档，2004、2005年医疗质量水平偏低，2006、2007年医疗质量达到中等水平，2008和2009年医疗质量较好。结论（1）RSR值变化趋势与该院采取的各项加强医疗质量管理的措施相吻合；（2）自2005年开展“医院管理年”活动以来，医疗质量有“质”的改观，2006、2007、2008、2009年医疗质量均达到“中等”以上水平；（3）秩和比法评价医疗质量可以客观反应质量总体变化趋势和优劣。关键词医院医疗质量综合评价秩和比法1安徽医科大学硕士学位论文Comprehensiveevaluati
