3、tinordertoprovideatheoreticalbasisforoptimizingcellresourcesforseeding.METHODS:TwopassagedBMSCsandchondrocyteswerecollectedbothataconcentrationof×109/Landthencoculturedat∶1.Articularcartilagedefectsinthekneejointsofrabbitsrepairedbythecoculturedcellsseededintoallog
4、enicDBMservedasexperimentalgroupA,bysimpleDBMascontrolgroupBandbynothingascontrolgroupC.Repairedtissueswereevaluatedwithmacroscopicobservation,histologicalscoresandimmunohistochemicalstainingatweekand1aftertransplantation.RESULTS:Chondrocytescoculturedbecamerichine
5、xtracellularmatrixandproliferatedpromptly.TheratioofchondrocytestoBMSCsachievedabove1∶1at-daftertheexperimentalgroupArepairedtissuesrepresentedhyaline,smoothandflat.Chondrocytesinthezonesofintegratingwithperipheralnativecartilagesweremoremature.InthecontrolgroupBan
6、dC,repairedtissueswerescoresindicatedthatexperimentalgroupAexcelledgroupBandC,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P).Immunohistochemicalstainingshowedthatcellsinthezonesofrepairedtissueswerelargerinsize,arrangedcolumnnedly,richintypeⅡcollagenmatrixandinte
7、gratedsatisfactorilywithnativeadjacentcartilagesandsubchondralbonesintheexperimentalgroupAatweek1postoperatively.CONCLUSION:CocultureofautogenicBMSCswithchondrocytescanpromotetheproliferationofchondrocytesandtheproductionofchondralmatrix.Coculturedcellsforseedingca
