4、tterthantheotherscheme.【关键词】促红细胞生成素；血液透析；肾性贫血；药物经济学【keywords】erythropoietin;Hemodialysis;Renalanemia;Drugeconomics药物经济学（Pharmacoeconomics）是人类为应对医药资源配置问题而发展起来的新兴交叉学科[1,2]。近年来，随着人们用药意识的逐步提高，除“安全性”和“有效性”外，“经济性”也成为指导临床治疗决策和合理用药的一个重要方面。药物“经济性”评价能够对药物的经济性从成本、效果、效益、效用进行综合评估[3,4,5]。改善贫血状况是减少心血管并发症及
