3、fthelandtocreate80.4%ofGDP,butthecitylevelisonly33.5%.Since1999,theeconomyofZprovincehaschangedfromsmallscaletownshipenterprises,smalltownsandspecializedmarketstoindustrialupgrading,andenterpriseshavefocusedontherapidtransformationoftheparkandtherapidexpans
4、ionofthecity.Thisroundofurbanizationhighlightstwoimportantfeatures:Governmentleading.Inordertopromoteurbanization,thelocalgovernmentconstantlyrevisedurbanplanning,from1998tonow,ScountyandYcityrespectivelymade3urbanplanningrevision,theurbanplanningareaexpand
5、ed30~40squarekilometersrespectively.Ontheotherhand,itplaysamajorroleinurbaninfrastructureinvestment,includingtheconstructionofmunicipalfacilities,transportation,waterconservancy,squares,officebuildingsandsoon.Scountyinvested140~150yuanfortheconstructionofne
6、wtown,theannualconstructionfundsamountedtoabout6billionyuan.Since2000,thecitygovernmentofJhasinvested23billion300millionyuaninurbanconstruction,withanannualconstructionfundof5billion800millionyuan.Ymunicipalgovernmentinvestednearly5billionyuaninurbanconstru
