1、本科生毕业论文非营利组织会计问题探究——以民办教育单位为例摘要随着我国市场经济的不断完善，非营利组织已然成为我国市场经济体系的不可或缺的一部分，但是，非营利组织仍然存在管理、财务、运营等方面的问题。本文采用观察法、文献研究法、经验总结法等方法，对非营利组织中存在的会计问题进行了探究。首先，对非营利组织会计的界定和特点做了详细的理论叙述；其次，将非营利组织会计核算中存在的问题明确指出；再次，结合民办教育单位案例分析对民办教育单位会计所存在的问题做了一个诠释；最后，提出了加强与完善非营利组织会计问题的解决方案。通过本文的研究可以得出如下三个结论：第一，随着社会的不断发展，在国家政策的大力推
2、动下，非营利组织的数量不断增多，规模越来越大，为当今社会促成了很大的有利因素，为大众服务，造福于人类；第二，在非营利组织的发展过程中会出现很多方面的问题；第三，在非营利组织会计制度和相关政策的允许下，及时引入外部监督和审核；第四，非营利组织自身应该随时随地及时发现问题、分析问题、解决问题，为非营利组织的健康发展、快速发展打下坚实的基础。关键词：非营利组织；非营利组织会计；民办教育单位；继续教育；会计制度AbstractWiththecontinuousimprovementofthemarketeconomicsystemofourcountrynonprofitorganizatio
