2、周为1周期,连用2周期～4周期.B组顺铂25mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1天～3天;5.氟脲嘧啶3.5g/m2,用输液泵连续滴注5天;3周为1周期,连用2周期～4周期.两组均在化疗结束2周后评价疗效.结果:52例均可评价疗效,每例患者均完成2周期以上化疗.有效率A组为53.8%(14/26),B组为42.3%(11/26),两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).1年生存率A组为42.3%,B组为30.8%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).生活质量提高A组50.0%(13/26),B组26.9%(7
