6、itycentre9各位领导：　　在县委县政府正确领导下，在教育局悉心指导下，第三实验小学全体教职工全面贯彻党的教育方针，按照国务院《2010-2020年国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要》要求，努力改善办学条件，坚持科学规范管理，很抓教育教学质量，开拓进取、锐意改革。已经走过了两年多的路程，现在我把我校的基本情况，主要做法向各位领导作以汇报：一、基本情况宁陵县第三实验小学位于宁陵县新区，是县政府于2011年投资兴建的学校。校园占地88亩，总建筑面积17688平方米，其中教学楼总面积13812平方米，宿舍2004平方米

7、，餐厅1260平方米。学校现有教职员工190人，其中中学高级教师5人，小教高级教师86人，现有学生2500余人，51个教学班。二、办学方向　　学校牢牢把握社会主义办学方向，全面贯彻党的教育方针，开全课程，开足课时，以创建“现代化设施，科学化管理，教研型师资，成果型质量”为目标，以“润育潜质，培养习惯，发展个性，奠基未来”为校训，强化管理改革，深化教改实验、完善办学条件，推进素质教育，促进了学校的健康发展。我校坚持依法治校、以德治校，德育是五育之首。始终坚持“德育为首，育人为本”的教育方针，注重学校文化建设，重视不断完

8、善学校内部管理机制，注重科学管理学校，注重构建学习型学校的构建。在原有的基础上不断提升学校品位，教职工教育教学工作量化评估制度、学校安全常规工作制度等，有效促进学校管理趋向科学化、规范化。全面落实教育目标，使学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展。逐步把学生培养成“合格+特长”developmentinordertoprotectahostofattr
