6、seofrenaltubulointerstitialfibrosis,slowtheadvanceofthetubulointerstitial.KeyWords:Ramipril;renalinterstitiumfibrosis;bonemorphogeneticprotein-74华中科技大学硕士学位论文前言肾间质纤维化几乎是所有慢性肾脏疾病发展的最终结果,与慢性肾衰竭进展密切相关,并被认为比肾小球病变更能反应慢性肾衰竭的进展速率及预后。有研究表明小管-间质纤维化组织学分级与肾小球硬化的组织学分级相比更能反映肾功能的丧失程度[1]。已有的研究表明,肾小管上
7、皮细胞肌成纤维细胞转分化(epithelialmyofibroblasttransdifferentiation,EMT)是肾纤维化发生发展中的关键过程,EMT产生的肌成纤维细胞在肾间质中的积聚和随后发生的肾小管萎缩被认为是慢性肾纤维化的关键因素。正常生理情况下,抑制纤维化作用和促纤维化作用保持平衡,从而维持肾脏的正常形态结构及功能,转化生长因子β1(transforminggrowthfactor-β1,TGF-β1)是促进肾纤维化的关键细胞因子,近年来,研究发现骨形态蛋白-7(bonemorphogenetic
