1、仰卧位C形臂引导下经皮骶髂螺钉固定治疗骨盆后环损伤19例【摘要】［背景］探讨仰卧位C形臂引导下经皮骶髂螺钉固定治疗骨盆后环损伤的疗效.［病例报告］采用仰卧位C形臂引导下经皮骶髂螺钉固定治疗骨盆后环损伤19例，术后随访3个月～3年，放射线评定采用Matta标准，临床疗效评定采用Majeed标准.19例中放射线评定结果满意者为15例，良好者为4例；临床效果评定结果满意者为8例，良好者为10例，差者为1例.术后1例出现骨不连，给行骨植入术治疗后愈合.［讨论］采用仰卧位C形臂引导下经皮骶髂螺钉固定治疗骨盆后环
