1、不育患者精液中PAF的变化及外周血PBMC上PAFR的表达作者：古衍，姚吉龙，姜向坤，张春晖，凌奕【摘要】目的：探讨男性不育患者精液血小板活化因子(PAF)、血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶(PAFAH)活性的变化,以及外周血中单个核细胞(PBMC)PAF受体(PAFR)的表达。方法:对10例男性不育患者(其中5例为精液异常组，5例为不明原因不育组)采用生物法检测精液中PAF含量,酶水解底物显色法测定PAFAH活性,流式细胞仪检测PBMC上PAFR的表达。并与5例有正常生育功能的男性健康体检者对照。结果:精液异常组PAF含量(1.87±0.76)μ

2、g/L,PAFAH活性(23.56±6.86)μmol/(min·L)、PBMC上PAFR的表达与健康体检者比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);不明原因不育组PAF含量(2.12±0.81)μg/L,PAFAH活性(21.65±5.13)μmol/(min·L)、PBMC上PAFR的表达与健康体检者比较差异也有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);精液异常组与不明原因不育组相比差异无显著性。结论:男性不育患者精浆PAF降低、PAFAH升高，PAF、PAFAH、PAFR三者在男性不育的发生中可能起重要作用。【关键词】不育，男(

5、ssionofPAFRonPBMCwasexaminedbycytoflowmetry.Results:TheresultsshowedthattheconcentrationofPAFandtheactivityofPAFAHinthegroupwithabnormalsemenaresignificantlylowerthanthatincontrolgroup[(1.87±0.76)μg/Lvs(8.47±1.52)μg/L,P<0.01].TheconcentrationofPAFandtheactivationofPAFAHin

6、thegroupwithunexplainedinfertilityarealsosignificantlylowerthanthatincontrolgroup.Furthermore,theexpressionofPAFRonPBMCinducedmarkedlyinperipheralbloodofmenwithinfertility(P<0.01).ButcomparingthePAFlevels,theactivityofPAFAHandtheexpressionofPAFRonPBMCinthemenwithabnormals

7、emenandthemenwithunexplainedinfertility,therewasno10significantdifference.Conclusion:Inthemenwithinfertility,PAFlevelsinsemenandtheexpressionofPAFRonPBMCareobviouslyreduced,whiletheactivityofPAFAHismarkedlyincreased.ThechangesofPAFandPAFAHandtheexpressionofPAFRinPBMCarerela
