1、LEEP治疗宫颈病变280例临床分析【摘要】目的：探讨宫颈环型电切术（LEEP）诊治宫颈病变的临床价值。方法:对经妇科检查、宫颈脱落细胞学检查、阴道镜及宫颈活检初步诊断为不同类型宫颈疾病的280例门诊患者［宫颈炎症176例，宫颈息肉59例，宫颈尖锐湿疣6例，平滑肌瘤4例，宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）35例］采用LEEP治疗,切除组织全部送病理检查，同时观察术后疗效及阴道出血情况。结果：280例患者术后宫颈塑形满意247例，满意率达88.2％；术中术后较多出血11例，占3.9%；CINⅠ～Ⅲ级者术后随访100%愈合；1例CINⅢ级者成功妊娠。结论：

7、电波刀宫颈环形电切除术（loopelectrosurgicalexcisionprocedure，LEEP）治疗，治疗效果已得到广大学者的认可。本院从2004年6月起应用LEEP对280例各类宫颈疾病患者进行治疗，疗效满意，现将结果报道如下。　　1资料与方法　　1.1一般资料　　选择2004年6月～2008年6月在我院妇科门诊经妇科检查、宫颈脱落细胞学检查、阴道镜及宫颈活检初步诊断的宫颈病变患者280例，其中宫颈炎症176例，宫颈息肉59例，宫颈尖锐湿疣6例，平滑肌瘤4例，CIN35例(Ⅰ～Ⅱ级29例，Ⅲ级6例)。手术标本均作病理学检查。患者
