1、无牙颌对兔颞下颌关节影响的扫描电镜观察?514?现代口腔医学杂志2006年第20卷第5期JModern,~matol,September2006,Vol20,No.5无牙颌对兔颞下颌关节影响的扫描电镜观察龚忠诚林兆全贺多敏马三成【摘要】目的了解牙列缺失后颞下颌关节表面超微结构的变化.方法8只新西兰白兔等量分为四组,一组为对照组,其余三组为实验组,将实验组动物的全口牙拔除,分别于术后1周,16周和26周完整取出双侧颞下颌关节,对其关节盘和髁状突分别用扫描电镜进行观察并与对照组比较.结果牙列缺失后关节盘
2、及髁状突表面均出现明显的退行性改变,其中16周组表现最为突出,主要有凝胶样物质掀起,剥脱,胶原纤维暴露,排列紊乱,关节盘和髁突表面粗糙并出现微小裂孔.26周组关节盘和髁状突表面损伤表现明显减轻.结论牙列缺失可以引起颞下颌关节表面出现退性行改变.【关键词】颞下颌关节无牙颌扫描电镜兔EffectsoftotaledentulousnessolltemporomandibularjointsinrabbiIs:ascanningelectronmicroscopicstudyGONGZhongchengL
