1、毕业论文题目：院（系）：成人教学育院专业：会计学学生姓名：班级：20121197511学号：指导教师：刘承焕2013年10月20日摘要本文通过对国内外内部控制的研究，以内部控制理论为基础，结合审计过程中遇到的案例，以BS饭店有限公司（以下简称“BS饭店”）为研究对象，以前人分析酒店内部控制为参考，对BS饭店中销售与收款、采购与付款两个方面作为主要研究对象，分析和探讨该酒店内部控制中的不足，并加以分析，重新对其设计，并对过往文献中没有涉及的酒店信息化管理系统领域设置创新点。通过该创新点更加完善酒店的内部控制。全文内容通过介绍内部控制理论和酒店的现状，介绍酒店内部控制的背景、意义及研究方法
2、、思路与理论概述。针对该酒店会计信息舞弊、职责分离不明确、酒店管理系统落后等问题，依次对销售与收款、采购与付款出现的纰漏和问题提出具体的对策，以加强内部控制监督和管理酒店的各个环节。同时，通对酒店信息化管理系统对这两个重要的环节影响、控制措施进行探讨，修正并完善内部控制缺陷。关键词：内部控制；酒店；销售与收款；采购与付款；酒店信息化管理系统；ABSTRACTInthispaper,basedontheresearchoftheinternalcontrolathomeandabroad,onthebasisofinternalcontroltheory,combinedwithcase
