2、通过介绍内部控制理论和酒店的现状，介绍酒店内部控制的背景、意义及研究方法、思路与理论概述。针对该酒店会计信息舞弊、职责分离不明确、酒店管理系统落后等问题，依次对销售与收款、采购与付款出现的纰漏和问题提出具体的对策，以加强内部控制监督和管理酒店的各个环节。同时，通对酒店信息化管理系统对这两个重要的环节影响、控制措施进行探讨，修正并完善内部控制缺陷。关键词：内部控制；酒店；销售与收款；采购与付款；酒店信息化管理系统；..ABSTRACTInthispaper,basedontheresearchoftheinternalco
