2、OP)描述了加班的申请及批准程序。ThisSOPdescribestheprocedureforapplyingandapprovingforovertimework.2.范围Scope本SOP适用于公司的所有员工。ThisSOPappliestoalltheemployeeofMetallkraftYangzhou.3.责任Responsibility3.1部门经理有责任合理安排员工的工作时间及工作量,使员工在正常工作时间内能完成自己的本职工作。Itistheresponsibilityofdepartmentmanagertoarrangethewo
3、rktimeandworkloadreasonably.Andemployeeshouldensurethatfinishtheirworkintime.3.2人力资源部有责任对员工加班进行监督,以确保加班符合法律和公司相关规定;HRshouldsuperviseovertimeandmakeitsurethattheovertimefollowstheregulation.3.3加班应提前申请。员工根据实际工作情况提出加班申请,经部门经理签署意见、交部门主管/经理批准,交人力资源部备案。Applicationofovertimeshouldbeappl

5、ure5.1加班申请及统计ApproveandcollectofOvertime5.1.1员工根据实际工作需要,提前向部门经理提出加班申请,填写《加班申请单》Inaccordancewiththeactualworks,employeeshouldapplyforovertimeinadvance.FillintheApplicationforOvertimeWorkandsubmitittodepartmentmanager.5.1.2部门经理应充分考虑加班的必要性和费用成本,在签署意见后将申请单交至总经理签字确认。LineManagershouldc
6、onsiderthenecessityforovertimeworkandcostoffeeandthensigntheiropinionandsubmitittogeneralmanager5.1.3员工需凭经部门经理签字批准的加班单加班,否则加班不予认可。Employeeshouldworkovertimeaccordingtotheapplicationthatisapprovedbylinemanager5.1.4加班结束后,员工需填上实际加班时数,并即时将加班申请单交人力资源部。Afterovertime,employeeshouldfillt
7、heactualtimeofovertimeandsubmittheapplicationtoHR.5.2加班的处理方式HandleofOvertime5.2.1加班的处理可采取补休或发放加班费的形式处理;原则上在当月安排补休,以保证职工健康。Overtimeshouldbehandledthoughcompensationorpayment.Inprinciple,thecompensationisrecommendedatthesamemonth.5.2.2如果员工累计的加班时间较多,在无法安排补休的情况下,人力资源部将按国家规定支付该员工加班费。I
