5、salethalaggressivemalignantneoplasm.IdentificationofpotentialmolecularbiomarkersanddevelopmentoftargetedtherapeuticsforGBCpatientsisverynecessary.Inthisstudy,wefirstlyinvestigatedthecorrelationbetweenringfingerprotein125(RNF125)expressionandthemetasta
6、sisandprognosisofGBC,andtheunderlyingmolecularmechanism.RNF125expressioninacohortofGBCtissueswasexamined;itscorrelationwithclinicopathologicalandprognosticfactorsofGBCpatientswasanalyzed.Moreover,themetastasis-relateddifferenceexpressedgenesinhighlyan
7、dlowlyaggressiveGBCcelllineswereidentified;andtheinfluenceofRNF125knockdownonthemetastaticphenotypesandcharacteristicEMTmarkersinhighlyaggressiveGBCNOZcellswasdetected.Furthermore,theunderlyingmolecularmechanismofRNF125effectwasexplored.Theresultsshow
