5、lines.CellCountingcerandthesecondmaincauseofcancer-relateddeaths[1–3].Kit-8(CCK-8)assayandcolonyformationassayshowedthatDespitesignificantadvancesintherapeuticapproachesduringRab25depletionblockedcellgrowthrateandinhibitedcolonythepastdecades[4,5],the

6、prognosisstillremainspoor.formationability.TranswellassayshowedthatRab25deple-Highincidenceofmetastasis,tumorrecurrence,andtionnegativelyregulatedtheinvadingabilityofHCCcells.TochemoresistancecontributetothepoorprognosisofHCCpa-explorethepossiblemecha

7、nisms,wecheckedseveralsignal-tients[6].Soitisveryimportanttoexploreoncogenesregu-ingpathwaysandfoundthatRab25depletiondownregulatedlatingmalignantphenotypeofHCC,whichmaycontributetoAKTphosphorylation.Inaddition,luciferasereporterassaythedevelopmentofn
