3、hangedtheblankspotsofrealestateindustryinShanxiprovince.SincethefoundingofourPeople’sofRepublic,therealestateindustryinTaiyuancitygrowoutofnothing,fromsmallsizetobigsize,andmakeremarkableachievementsatpresent.However,thereappearedsomeproblemsduringthedevelopmentoftherealestateindustry,andtherefor
4、ethisarticledesignatedtotakeTaiyuanrealestatemarketastheobjectofstudy.Firstofall,thisarticlecarriesontherelevantresearchresultsofthereal-estatebubblesandmakesatheoreticalreview;describessomeofthecommondetectionmethodsofreal-estatebubbles,andthenmakesasimplereviewofthehistoryandpresentconditionofT
5、aiyuan’sreal-estateindustry.Onthebasisoftheprinciplesofdataselection(theyareavailable,operabilityandcomparability),wedecidetochoosethefollowingsixindicatorstoanalyzewhetherthereexistthebubblesinthereal-estatemarketofTaiyuan.Thesixindicatorsareasfollows:real-estateinvestmentgrowthrate,real-estatei
6、nvestmentaccountedfortheproportionofinvestmentinfixedassets,completionoftheconstructionareaofrealestateandrealestatearearatio,completionofanareaofrealestatesalesandrealestatearearatio,priceratio,andvacancyrate.Aftersomeresearchingworks,we’vefoundthatduringtheyearof2008and2009,thereexistedbubblesi
