5、eredintoajointventurecontract(the"JVContract")concerningtheestablishmentofPartyB.AsoneoftheprincipalprovisionsoftheJVContract,PartyAandOver-WorldagreedthatPartyAwouldtransfer,ascapitalcontribution,toPartyBcertainknow-howandprovidetechnicalassistanceassetforthher
6、eunder.Therefore,PartyAandPartyBhaveagreedtoenterintothisAgreement.1.2DefinitionsThefollowingtermsasusedinthisAgreementshallhavethemeaningssetforthbelow:(a)“Drawings”meansthedocumentscontainingthedesignandallthetechnicalspecificationsoftheProductstobeproducedbyP
