1、化学学士学位毕业论文——原子荧光法测定牡蛎壳中微量砷学士学位论文题目:原子荧光法测定牡蛎壳中微量砷年月日原子荧光法测定牡蛎壳中微量砷摘要:应用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法对牡蛎壳中的砷进行测定。研究了硼氢化钾浓度、灯电流、原子化器高度、光电管负高压的选择、载气流量等因素对测定结果的影响。利用标准曲线法对牡蛎壳样品中的砷含量进行定量。工作曲线在1.0-10μg/L的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9965,相对标准偏差为1.73%(n=11),检出限为0.055μg/L,加标回收率为95.8%-104.2%,样品测定结果为4.27μg/g。关键词:砷
