4、reformulatedinaccordancewiththeregulationsofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaontheadministrationofpesticides,inlightoftheactualconditionsoftheprovince.Articlesecondallunitsandindividualsengagedintheproductionofpesticides(includingtheproductionofcrudedrugs,thepreparationandpreparationofpr

5、ocessingmaterialsandtherepackagingofthesame)andtheadministrationanduseofpesticidesintheadministrativeareasofthisprovincemustcomplywiththesemeasures.Thirdprovincialagriculturaladministrativedepartmentsinchargeoftheprovince'spesticideregistrationandpesticidesupervisionandmanagement,

6、thecity,county(city)agriculturaladministrativedepartmentsresponsibleforthesupervisionandadministrationofpesticideswithintheiradministrativeareas.Thespecificworkofpesticidesupervisionandadministrationshallbeunderthechargeofthepesticideverificationadministrationoftheagriculturaladmi

7、nistrativedepartmentsatalllevels.TheadministrativedepartmentsofchemicalindustryofAnhuiProvinceareresponsibleforthesupervisionandadministrationofpesticideproductionthroughouttheprovince.Otherrelevantdepartmentsofthepeople'sgovernmentsatorabovethecountylevelshallberesponsibleforthes
