5、sellortransporttimber(includingbambooandthesamebelow)intheterritoryofourprovince(includingbamboo,thesamebelow)mustabidebythesemeasures.Thirdprovincialforestrydepartmentinchargeoftheprovince'stimberharvestingandtimbersales,transportationsupervisionandmanagement.Theforestrydepartmentsofth
6、ecity,prefectureandcounty(city)shallberesponsibleforthesupervisionandadministrationofforestharvestingandtimbersalesandtransportationwithintheirrespectivejurisdictions.AdministrativedepartmentsforIndustryandcommerce,taxation,publicsecurity,railways,trafficandurbanconstructionatalllevelss
7、hallcooperatewithcompetentdepartmentsofforestrytojointlymanageforestharvestingandtimbersalesandtransportation.Thesecondchapter,forestharvestingFourthtreesarecutbyquota.Thelimitrange,includingthetotalamountofallforesttypesofforestandforesttreefelling,thetendingandcutting,andothe
