5、hisprovince,theenactmentofthisapproach.ArticlesecondtheseMeasuresapplytothemanagement,processing,transportationandmanagementactivitiesoftimberwithintheadministrativeareaofthisprovince.Theexploitationandutilizationofforestrybiomassenergyinvolvestheoperation,processingandtrans
6、portationofwood,andshallbeimplementedinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsofthestate.Thirdsaidthemeasuresincludingtimber,logs,sawntimber,veneer,bamboo,wood,woodandwood(includingcharcoal),treestump,heightof5cmabovethetreesandwood(bamboo)forsemi-finishedproductsetc..Fourththec
