3、andtelevisionstationsarelikelytointerferethenormalreceptionofradioandtelevisionunits,departmentsandindividualsshallconscientiouslyimplement,strictlyabidebythe.ThirdradioandtelevisionfrequencymanagementThespecialfrequencybandsforbroadcastingservicesshallbeusedbythebroadcastingandtele

4、visiondepartments,andotherdepartmentsshallnotmakeuseofthemwithoutauthorization.ThespecialfrequencybandsandmainfrequencybandsofbroadcastservicesshallbecarriedoutbytheMinistryofradio,filmandtelevisionandshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththeprincipleofunifiedplanningandhierarchicalmanag

5、ement.Whenthenonbroadcastingbusinessusesthemainfrequencybandofbroadcastingservices,itshallcoordinatewiththebroadcastingandtelevisiondepartmentsinadvancesoasnottocauseinterferencetothebroadcastingservice.Fourthmanagementofeachfrequencyband(a)fortheuseofthewavefrequencyshouldbeconsist

6、entwiththewavefrequencyplanning,enableplanninginfrequency,theradioandTelevisionDepartment,autonomousregionsandmunicipalitiesdirectlyunderthecentralgovernment(bureau)approvalofthemaintechnicalcharacteristicsofemission(siteoflongitudeandlatitude,frequency,power,antennacharacteristics)
