7、因子(GM-CSF),白介素一4(IL一4)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNFa).tkA.tl"周血中培养出两类IX3;人肝癌细胞系SMMC-7721细胞的可溶性肿瘤抗原刺激两类DC;两类DC激活同源的T淋巴细胞;观察两类DC激活的T淋巴细胞分别抑制已接种于裸鼠的人肝癌细胞系SMMC-7721移植瘤生长.结果细胞因子诱导的人外周血13(3群可见到两类13(3亚群:一类可能来自DC前体细胞,另一类是由单核细胞分化来的DC;两类DC体外激活的T淋巴细胞能分别抑制肝癌细胞系SMMC-772l裸鼠移植瘤生长.结论细胞因子诱导的人外周血13(3群存在多相性,两类13(3亚群体内外诱
