1、硫辛酸联合甲钴铵治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察摘要目的：观察硫辛酸联合甲钴铵治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：300例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为硫辛酸联合甲钴铵组(联合组)与甲钴铵组及对照组。联合组给予以硫辛酸03加入09%氯化钠注射液100ml静滴，1次/日，并以甲钴胺05mg，1次/日，静脉注射，甲钴胺组以甲钴胺05mg，1次/日静脉注射，对照组给予常规治疗，疗程2周，观察治疗后临床症状改善情况，并测定治疗前后正中神经和腓神经的运动传导速度和感觉传导速度。结果：治疗2周后，联合组总有

2、效率970%(97/100)，甲钴胺组总有效率680%(68/100)。对照组总有效率420%(42/100)。联合组临床疗效较甲钴胺组与对照组明显改善(P＜001)，甲钴胺组疗效较对照组明显改善(P＜001)。且三组的神经传导速度均提高，联合组神经传导速度提高更明显(P＜001)。结论：硫辛酸联合甲钴胺单用甲钴铵更能明显改善DPN的临床症状及神经传导速度，且无不良反应。关键词糖尿病周围神经病变硫辛酸甲钴胺doi:10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2012.27.1464A
