1、雌、孕激素受体在子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病中表达及其意义[摘要]目的探讨雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)在子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病病灶及其在位内膜组织中的表达情况。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法(Evision二步法)分别检测38例子宫肌瘤(肌瘤组)的肌瘤病灶和在位内膜及30例子宫腺肌病(腺肌病组)的腺肌病病灶和在位内膜中ER、PR的表达水平。结果肌瘤组和腺肌病组病灶的ER、PR表达水平明显低于在位内膜组织;肌瘤组中ER、PR表达均符合增生期高于分泌期的变化规律,腺肌病组ER、PR除在位内膜PR外均丧失周期性变化规律。结论子宫肌瘤的发生与雌、孕激素水

7、cycle.ConclusionsTheoccurrenceofhysteromyomaisrelatedtothelevelsofestrogenandprogesteroneandtheperiodicalcycleofexpressionsoftheirreceptors.Thelowexpressionsandnon-periodicalconsistencieschangepatternsofERandPRinadenomyomatissues,andthenon-periodicalconsistencychangepattern
