5、natStageOneandthemanagerconductingthemeetingwillhearevidencefromthestaffmember(andanyrepresentative)andtheirlinemanager.ArepresentativefromtheHumanResourceDepartmentwillbeinattendancetogiveadviceonprocedureandtotakenotes.Theoutcomeofthemeetingshouldbenotifiedtothestaffmember,withinfiveworkingdays.S

6、tageThreeIfthestaffmemberisnotsatisfiedwiththeresponsetheyreceivedatStageTwo,theycan,withinfiveworkingdaysofreceivingthedecision,raisethegrievanceinwritingwiththeManagingDirector.Anappealhearingwillbeheldassoonaspossible.Thismeetingwillhearevidencefromallthepartiedwhohavebeeninvolvedinthegrievancep
